We had a broken sewage pipe in the crawl space. My wife did a search on Yelp and found some restoration companies with good reviews including Supraclean. Mike from Supraclean was the person we talked to, who was very responsive and courteous. First impression, the discussion/explanation and competitive pricing convinced us to use his service.
The crew arrived on time on the day of service. Again, Rudy and Felipe did a wonderful job to clean the debris and put a new layer of soil. All three of them are true professionals and the workmanship is flawless.
I like Yelp since this gives me a platform to get the service needed and serves as a forum to express my appreciation that they earned fairly.
I have no reservation to recommend Supraclean, especially Mike and his team. I hope no one will encounter the same trouble we just went through, by Mike's team exists to make the restoration process smooth and the least painful.

I hope you never need a water or mold remediation service, but if you do, you need to call Supraclean! Mike and the team were incredibly responsive, communicative and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly and worked around our family and pets (which couldn't have been easy). They also dealt directly with our insurance company, which made it really easy for me. I recommend them highly. They help to make your bad situation better!

I'm doing a home refresher so needed to start with cleaning the carpets. I requested a quote over the weekend and Mike responded quickly! He explained his process, his quote and what it included. After reading reviews and hearing his process for cleaning, I moved forward with using Supraclean. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! They called morning of and gave me a time they would be arriving. Showed up on time and very prepared with PPE - masks, gloves, booties. They put up guard rails so walls weren't knicked. Mike & his colleague were friendly and did such a WONDERFUL job on my carpets. He even checked in day after to make sure I was satisfied with how the carpets looked & felt (they felt fluffy! Not crunchy!).

We have carpet in only one room in our home and it is a highly traveled area...Superaclean did a great job taking out traveled stains that were even more obvious once job was completed...I thought it looked great during the cleaning...and the owner said he was not happy and wanted to try another cleaner he had...Man, he knows what he is doing....I was happy what he had completed till then but he was not...Awesome Job.

There aren't enough stars to put for Mike and his team. They did 3 different jobs for us of removing and cleaning mold in our new house. Everything was done very organized, professional and on time. All steps were explained and followed. Everyone answered my 1001 questions, especially ladies in the office. Paula ana Danielle are excellent at what they do and helped to deal with our insurance and payments very patiently. Mike and his team did everything until it was perfect and we we happy. We needed a last-minute carpet and furniture clean and Mike didn't let us down! He was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. If I could give 10 stars I would! When I walked in my home after Supraclean had completed the carpet cleaning, I was floored! They did such a phenomenal job on my carpets you would think I had replaced my carpeting completely. From quote to completion Supraclean was professional and extremely thorough. Mike steam cleaned all the carpet in our townhouse. The entire experience was great. Starting from the scheduling he was very responsive and professional. We had some miscommunication when he arrived at the house which resulted in him waiting for quite a while. But he was very accommodating and understanding and got right into work. Most importantly he did a great job cleaning the carpet. I can tell that he paid a lot of attention to details. All the corners and edges are well cleaned. I was worried about the stairs being hard to clean but they look like new after cleaning. He even applied protectors on the corners of the wall. Overall it was great. I will use his service again in the future.

After discovering saturated water throughout my dining room I knew I had a severe problem. This was late on a Friday morning I was panicked because I didn't know where to begin. My neighbor referred me to Supraclean. Mike helped by walking me through the process. Explaining things step by step. Since we didn't know the origin of the leak he referred an excellent plumber.
Mike's service has been excellent. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and very cordial. I will definitely contact him again if needed.

I can't say enough about how lucky I am that Mike and his crew helped us out with our recent water leak and mold issues. Mike is the best. He knows his stuff: he patiently walked us through the process of drying out our floors, mold remediation and dealing with our insurance company. I can't thank him enough. He and his crew were always at our house when they said they would be, were very professional and took good care of our home and belongings. Highly recommend Mike and his crew at SupraClean for water damage / mold remediation. We discovered a slow leak that required a portion of our bathroom walls and subfloor to be removed, treated, and dried. Throughout the process, Mike was very straightforward and easy to work with. He explained the work that needed to be done, set our expectations accordingly, and kept us informed of the progress.
