My dishwasher feil and start leaking all throughout the kitchen and living room area, i called a friend and got a referral for Reactic Restoration they were able to show up on site within an hour.
Idan the project manager explained me all about the process as far as how many days and what I need to take into consideration when dealing with water damage he was very informative and accurate on times.
The project was done within six days and construction started the week after we were able to get back to normal in no time thank you Reactic Restoration for a great service highly recommended!

I had a sewaid back up on my second-floor condo which flooded the restroom bedroom and hallway call Reactic Restoration and have a project manager on site within 40 minutes!!! Their response was super amazing and Idan was able to walk me through the process and also take care of the word that needs to be done to my neighbor below as the water came out of his ceilings.
The crew arrived a bit after initial inspection and equipment was set up the next day they removed the affected materials and we were done in five days of progress.

We needed a mold remediation company in a hurry. We started a job and found an underlying mold problem. We contacted several companies but none were willing to fit us into their schedule. Not only did 911 Remediation fit us in quickly for the estimate, but they also handled handled the remediation quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete, the absence of mold was confirmed by an independent test company. We were able to move along with completing our job and have a happy client. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

This company was amazing in all ways! Our washing machine leaked into our downstairs neighbor's unit. They remediated both of our units, worked with both of our insurances, and did a fantastic job all around. The manager, Daniel, was responsive and knowledgeable, and the crew was reliable and efficient. Their office staff took care of all of our claims and questions. Both our neighbors and I were very impressed with the experience and given the high quality and follow up of the testing, we feel assured that all the water and mold damage is completely remediated.

The 911 Remediation staff were incredibly knowledgeable about my situation: flooded upstairs bathroom flooding into my downstairs kitchen. They were fastidious in their preparation of my rooms prior to demolition and worked well with one another. They were also patient and compassionate toward me, as I was totally freaking out by how extensive the damage was. I cannot think of the appropriate accolades for this team other than they were wonderful. Thank you to Oran and his team!

First time home owner here and moved into a place a month ago. 3 weeks living there and we found that there was.... lets call them "plumbing problems" left over from the fine folks at the building company. Roee and his team were there to answer questions from the first moment I called them, all the way through to yesterday when he did his final inspection to make sure everything was done correctly. Not only did they do their job of drying us out, Roee was awesome the entire time and even helped me find a trustworthy plumber that could come out on short notice.
While I hope to never see them again (outside of a local bar or a ball game), the 911 Remediation team will be at the top of my list in case of future emergencies.

I don't usually get out of my way to leave reviews but I have to say that Yossi is the best. He is kind, considerate and professional. He does beyond what he is suppose to do in order to make sure everything is good. Highly recommend him!!

5 stars! Excellent service all the way around - from the PM, Elad to the couple that did the actual remediation. I'm very pleased with the results. Musty order is gone and the place just feels clean and dry. No more mold or moisture. A huge relief!

It's always such a bummer to have a leak in your house, but we felt so lucky to have worked with 911 Remediation to help us with our remediation needs. Elad, Roy, Reggie and Jordi were all so nice! They were dependable, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Elad and Roy were great. They both took extra time to explain the issue to me and to make sure I was happy with their work. Elad went above and beyond with his communication and I never felt out-of-the-loop. Reggie and Jordi were so nice to accommodate my toddler's nap time and scheduled their noisiest work around it!

Mold is some scary stuff! These guys totally saved the day though and I'm so thankful to Elad and Paul and the crew that did the work because in less than a week our place is as good as new! Thank you guys for the professional, fast and thorough work.
We never knew we mold until we had a guest staying with us who has an extreme sensitivity to it because she lived with it for a long time and know gets sick very easily if it's around. She insisted we had mold even though we couldn't see it or smell it. I thought better safe than sorry, so I called this company to take a look but I was pretty certain they'd say it was fine. Elad came out that same day and once he began testing, within a few minutes he found the problem and removed a baseboard to find lots of mold. He was really thorough in tracing all the places the mold had spread and he even diagnosed the cause, which in our case happened to be a leaky shower frame which dripped down the sides of the shower and pooled under the baseboards. It became obvious in how they said that they would treat the problem that this company understands the problem extremely well and knows how to take care of it for good. I never realized how dangerous it is to have mold around and how dangerous it could be to try to get rid of it yourself! Their crew went to work right away and they did it all for a very reasonable price.

They came within the scheduled window and were very professional when they were here. I thought I had a mold issue so I had them come and inspect my attic for a quote. After viewing my attic, both of their people told me that I didn't have a mold issue and didn't have to do anything. Thanks for the honesty!

We had water damage to our bedroom from the last storm, within couple days with Art's expertise and thorough about the process, we were able to move forward with the remediation. Art & his team came in and got it's done within time frame according to the contract. Art & his technicians are highly professional, expert, clean & neat. Strongly recommend to hire Art's team if you need mold/water damage remediation.

This company is very professional! showed up almost immediately and got the job done in a few hours!! They were very nice and willing to work with my insurance company, and even waited longer then expected to get paid with no hassle at all. If you need a company to clean up a water damaged crawl space this is the company to use!
