Doug has been at my house twice following unplanned water intrusions in my house the past four months. The last incident this week involved water seeping through my windows during pressure waahing, which caused water to collect on the floor while I was at work. Doug was at my house by 9:30 a.m. the next day to set up the dehumidifier. He likely saved me additional costs for replacing my brand new flooring by responding quickly. Doug is friendly, courteous, and a great overall representative of the company.

My husband and I had a water flood happen in our kitchen and living room, recently. I was so nervous about the situation, but Doug came in and took care of us. He's an awesome guy! He's friendly, knows his job, and cares about his clients. He made sure to direct us in every step, forward. My name is Ally and I want to first state that I work for a homeowners insurance company in the claims department, and I process water mitigation and dry out paperwork on an all day basis from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. That is my job, and I have seen all the documents and paperwork from multiple local companies.
My mom had a water loss in her house recently, and she chose United Water Restoration Group as the mitigation company to service her house. United Water Restoration Group is a vendor for my insurance company, so right off the bat I knew this company was a really good company to work with.
We called and they answered right away to dispatch a sub-contracted plumber to fix the leak straight away and we're out on property the very next day assessing the damages.
I had a very positive experience with all the representatives that came out to the property, but my most positive and personal experience was with technician Doug L. He was so nice and connected with my entire family on a personal level. He was always transparent and prompt with everything that was on his mind, his thoughts, suggestions, and was very responsive to communication as well which is extremely important in this business. He was very true to his word when he said what the process was going to be like, when he would arrive on property, how the dry out process was going, etc. I can't express how much this means to me and my entire family. Personally, and from a business side working in claims for homeowners insurance, this company was so excellent in the work provided. And honestly, I can say Doug is an honorary member of the family now, that's how great the experience was and has been.

We arrived home after Thanksgiving to find a water pipe had broken - our house, all but one room, was flooded. We had no idea where to turn. Our plumber recommended United Water Restoration as a first step. They arrived the very next day and began to work. Matt, David and Adrianna cut into our walls, removed the wet insulation, and set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers. They reported back on a daily basis as the house began to dry out. They always left the house clean and gave us advise every step of the way. As the drying out progressed, they stayed in touch with our contractor and our Insurance adjuster, taking pictures and measurements to pass along. This team was fantastic!!! Friendly, courteous.and professional! We highly recommend United Water Restoration of Pinellas County.

This company was very good and kept me posted through the entire process. They responded to my questions, emails, and phone calls promptly. And they did an excellent job cleaning up the water damage in my condo. The guys that worked onsite were Leo, Nathan, and Thomas. I would highly recommend this company.
