The team from Revive Water Damage Restoration of Tampa found where the water damage was and mitigated the damage from getting worse. And provided us with several solutions to restore the area that was damaged. They came out every day around my schedule for the next three days to inspect the progress and relocate their fans and dehumidifiers. A really great service I have to say.
When they were done the walls and the floor area that was effected looked brand new and they were amazing to deal with also. They helped with the insurance claim also. Thanks for doing such a great job.

I woke up to find my home flooded with water. We were in a panic, and I started praying that someone would be able to come out and assist us, since I know how damaging it can become if the water isn't extracted promptly. When I called Revive they were about to come out asap. It was a relief to see them when they arrived. When they actually got to work with fixing the water it was amazing.
They got to work right away. Everyone knew what they were doing. They were so professional. I was instantly at ease knowing I called the right company for the job. Everything was so coordinated! Such a professional company I have to say. They even ran through expectations with me on what would happen. What could be salvaged. What needed to be restored.
I asked about mold and they said it is unlikely but they will be checking for early signs of mold development. I don't want to ever be in this situation again and I hope no one else ever is but if it ever happens to me or a friend in Tampa I will tell them right away that the water damage restoration company you want to use is Revive! Thanks again, you get my vote and five stars.

Our water heater broke last week. We came after a few days away to an empty water heater. 80 gallons of water seeped into the soil in our backyard and into the back of our house. We must have had cracks in the wall already as water was everywhere inside when we got home. And it stank! Seems like lighting stuck a tree and it fell on our house while it was stormy out. I called Revive Water Damage Restoration and they were here within an hour. I have to say they are efficient and professional service providers in Tampa.
They came out to assess the situation and helped me file my insurance claim. They took care of everything that needed to be done. From getting a temporary cover for the roof to ripping out everything that needed to go and renovating it all so it was all fixed up. Because they were so fast there was minimal water damage that actually took place. Less than an inch was on the floor when they came and they removed that water really fast.
They came out to assess the situation and helped me file my insurance claim. They took care of everything that needed to be done. I know it's hard to find a trustworthy company in Tampa for this service as we deal with clients all day long for all kind of emergencies with our emergency concierge service. Our clients are busy people and we help the organize anything they need 24/7 no matter what it is. So I'm very glad I found Revive Water Damage Restoration of Tampa. They've been able to quickly and efficiently handle both my minor and major water damage concerns for our clients.
From memory we have used then 12 times now just in 2022 alone. Each time they have been called out it's been a breeze to work with them. I remember one client that had a major water damage emergency with water flooding down from their top floor. They were on site within 25 minutes to start resolving the issue. Another one was some minor water damage that created a bad mold problem and the speed of this company and how they were able to get rid of all the mold so fast was nothing short of amazing. If you are reading this and need any restoration work I suggest call them. As this is the only company we use and our client pay us a premium for our services.

Such an amazing experience when dealing with such a difficult situation such as water damage knowing that it might cost us a lot to fix if insurance wouldn't cover everything. We called this company they just know people. In life when you deal with some companies they don't have a clue. But Revive in Tampa just know how to deal with things. When we called they came out within 40 minutes.
When they came the techs were brilliant. We had water damage in the roof and it leaked down the drywall also. When they came out they explained exactly what needed to be done to get everything fixed. They helped us deal with the insurance company also to make sure everything went smooth. They fixed everything. They did extra moisture tests, checked for mold and use those big drying air mover blower things to make sure everything was 100%.
The entire experience was bar none. 10/10 guys. Please keep up the good work. I hope to god I will never have to deal with water damage again but if I do I have your number saved in my phone and I will be calling your right away. Thanks again!
