We had a water leak at our house, we called our insurance and they sent in the plumber to fix it, whom also referred us. to Dry Guyz.
Linda Kasrawi, from Dry Guyz, who took the lead on this project, came out the same day (on a Saturday), explained the process for us, and setup the machines at the location where the damage was, then she sent in her demolition team right after the dry process was complete, they did a very quick and outstanding job, moreover, Linda did all the necessary insurance work, which was less work (and headache) for us to do.
No one expects to come home to their house being flooded, but if/when it happens, having a company like Dry Guyz is SO.IMPORTANT. Luckily, I met Linda before I needed her company's services. So when I came home from work to find my house flooded, I knew exactly who to call. Linda is incredibly responsive and I was so grateful because every minute that goes by is more $$$$ in damage.She swiftly handled everything with my insurance adjuster and got her team to work ASAP.
