I reached out to Mold Zero thanks Tropical Storm Eta flooding my home. From the beginning they were great to work with. Extremely detailed and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Phillip came out to take measurements and moisture readings to give the flood insurance company and Sam was great when it came to ripping out all the drywall and cabinets. They cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant to ensure no mold grows back. Even Sara and Olivia and everyone else in the office have been super helpful and my go to with any questions pertaining to the process and insurance. When the job was done I received a very detailed 58 page report with photos and they made sure my insurance adjuster was provided the documentation as well. Hopefully I don’t need their services again, but if I do I easily would!!

This is a fantastic company. Everyone we engaged with from Eddie Frencher, who did the initial assessment and quote, to Brian Nagel and Gvonni Avner, who did the actual clean up and treatment, were super professional and thorough. We received pictures as the treatment progressed and timely test results. If you ever have a mold issue here in the Tampa Bay Area, I cannot recommendation Mold Zero enough!

Mold Zero is very thorough and experienced in their job, and they take great pride in doing it right. Their entire team is very professional and did an excellent job on our family home, helping to identify targeted areas that needed remediation, as well as doing the whole house treatment that brought our air quality levels to safe measures.
