I would recommend Micheal and Lone Star Mitigation to everyone! The crew showed professional customer service and made sure the customer was taken care of. RoofKing Construction used Lone Star Mitigation on a job in Dallas and they went above and Beyond for the customer. After finding water stains going down the wall they followed protocol for having damage behind the Sheetrock and showed genuine care for the customers safety. Not only did Micheal fix the problem, the crew would stay late well after normal business hours to ensure the customer felt safe in there own home. Not only did they fix the problem , we found out there were leaks in the attic from improper maintenance to the AC and a leak from the upper level toilet that was slowly leaking behind the toilet the customer was unaware of. MIcheal has connections with a lot of people in the industry and got the problems fixed for the customer. The integrity of MIcheal is something that doesn’t come around often and I would trust him with every customer I refer him to. Thank you for the great work!
