Ricardo assessed the damage and acted on it very quickly and well. He also discovered a leaking hot water heater that led us to a dangerous situation in the house that we weren't aware of. I'm more than pleased with their work and professionalism.

I am so grateful that I found this company, my house flooded over Christmas weekend and they have been nothing but great. Very patient with the entire process including dealing with insurance and mortgage. Geoff, Levi, Ricardo, and Laura have been such a pleasure to work with. Our local 1-800-water damage crew are awesome! They came in and handled everything after our finished basement was soaked due to a faulty sump pump. From the initial estimate, clean-up and removal team, to the final project manager walk through, they did their best to make the process as easy as possible. No one wants to have to call a clean-up crew but if you do it's nice to know a company that cares for the people they serve. Thank you all.

They did a great job and fast! My neighboring condo had a pipe burst and they came over and got everything dried out fast. Then they offered their reconstruction services. I can't say enough good things about the team at 1-800-WATERDAMAGE. Geoff has been so patient and transparent with me; I started out from a place of distrust and being overwhelmed with significant water damage from rain seeping through my ceilings while my roof was being replaced and a pop-up shower hit. Geoff came out the next morning after I called (even though it was a weekend) and has been consistently available even and kept up great communication about progress, timing and what to expect.

I felt after meeting him that everything would be okay. Ricardo was equally kind, responsive and professional for the water mitigation portion of the project. At first, I was really scared that there would be surprise charges for what my insurance didn't cover, but they kept true to their promise that I would pay nothing except my deductible. This is a great company. Everyone from start to finish were professional and friendly. During the reconstruction phase the crew did a fantastic job. Levi came by often to check on the progress and kept me updated. He was so kind and professional. I could reach out with any questions or concerns and he handled it quickly. I bought a house not knowing of water damage before closing. I called 1800 Water Damage. They were the most professional quote I received so I hired them. It is a call I wish I didn't have to make but I don't regret it at all. The entire crew were great and the work they performed was extremely thorough. I hopefully don't have damage in the future but if I do there's only one company I'm going to call. Very happy customer.

Although I have a lot of experience in home renovations, Ricardo and his team helped me expand my knowledge in dealing with water problems. They were super prompt and extremely professional! They dried out the effected area, and checked on it through the the process! We were very pleased. I did not know this but my insurance claims adjuster told me that remediation services were required for them to pay a claim. Hopefully I will not require their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

After having a pipe freeze and burst, causing my house to flood while I was out of town, 1-800 Water Damage responded quickly (even on a Saturday) to begin working to remove the water and start the dry-out process. The 1800 water team was great to work with from the water damage clean up to completion of the rehab. Geoff Edwards was a great project manager and it was nice to have one contact for the entire process. Geoff worked with us and was very flexible to meet our needs around the timing of material delivery. Would definately use them again.

I live on the second floor of a Condominium Complex and had water damage this past Friday night that started on my kitchen and it greatly affected my neighbor's unit on the first floor. My insurance Company provided my information to 1-800 Water Damage Company and Justin called me within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning.

He started the mitigation process right away, found the busted pipe, contacted the Plumbing Company that was also great and did not overcharge me for calling them on a Saturday. Then on Sunday, Justin returned with Ricardo and removed the damage floors and walls from both places and started the drying process. Justin, Ricardo and Noah were so qualified and amazing to us during the entire process that took five days.

Our place is ready for reconstruction and 1-800 Water Damage will get it done for us once the insurance approves the claim. However, we are already so thankful that because of their quick response, the damage is not too excessive, and we can still live in our homes. We highly recommend this Company.

Geoff Edwards & the reconstruction team did a wonderful job sealing & painting my bathroom walls & ceiling. The painter was very friendly. He even went out of his way to repair some small holes in the walls and to replace the shower curtain rod when he was finished. I think I told Geoff I would like to have the job done on a Friday, and they arrived Wednesday morning at 8:00 & finished the job that day. Cleaned up afterward & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them!
