I hope to never have water in my basement again but if I do, I will be using 1 800 water damage. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, Dom, Dea and Austin. They were professional, efficient and thorough. This was my first time going through the restoration process and there were no surprises. We had a leak that we needed fixed right away. 1800Waterdamage came out right away. Assessed the area quickly. By the next day they had Alex and Cole out to fix the problem are. They were kind, helpful, and after they were done with the job you would have never known they were here. I would highly recommend this company and there team.

Alex and his team helped us clean up our kitchen after a dishwasher hose had been silently leaking for months, causing mold. They were super communicative, accurate in their time estimates, tidy, and generally great to work. I'd gladly work with them again if we were to have a similar incident.

1800 water damage was amazing! I have nothing but great things to say. This was the second time.our basement flooding so unfortunately we have experience. Service was timely and professional and careful. Perhaps best of all, everyone who came to our home was friendly and good at communicating. Alex and Jamon were very helpful with assisting me the water damage and giving me a solution to dry the water up with the humidifiers after the insurance company left me with minimal $$$ to fix the damages. I, definitely would recommend your company.

I had a plumbing emergency recently, and these guys really saved the day. Alex arrived very quickly after I called - same day, might have even been within the hour. He quickly assessed the situation and assured me that everything would be OK. The demo crew - Thomas, Jared, and Dylan - were all super cool, and worked quickly and professionally. They were all respectful of the home, and everything in it, while sanitizing everything and tearing down the waterlogged ceiling. 10/10 would call again

Let me start by saying I am the head of a company for customer service and sales. I understand how hard it is to maintain a perfect google rating. I also meet people weekly who have mold in their home. These guys are incredible! Especially Darren k. My basement flooded, writhing 12 hours they were here for the estimate. They worked with me so well, and we're here within the next day as soon as we had power to setup their equipment. 20 fans, an air scrubber and 2 giant dehumidifiers.

They took care of my wet insulation and even cleaned up the basement which wasn't included. The customer service I have had since the beginning was perfect. I can't say the same for the " big" competitors. Who wanted to put me on a waitlist with water in my basement. There should be no other company you call for these events. Everyone is stressed in these situations but this is the company for you I PROMISE.

My family experienced a house fire recently and foremost, thankfully we all were safe. The fire was contained and our home was not damaged other than severe smoke odor. Being pregnant and having small children I was very eager to have our home thoroughly assessed for safety and immediately begin the process of clearing all smoke damage. Lead Technician Alex Logan was able to get Keith Kilroy to our home within only a few hours of initial contact.

Once Alex knew of our situation he immediately did everything he could to help our family and home.
