If anyone ever has a need for a restoration company for water or fire damage, couldn't recommend Tonya B. and her company Rytech enough. They had a full schedule and still able to begin mitigating my situation within 12 hours of a conversation. First conversation was after their business hours. Were there at 8:30 in the morning the next day. Her crew was awesome. She was frequently present to make sure things were happening correctly, but her crew had a good handle on things. Permanent damage was avoided!

Rytech Restoration has given us exceptional service after we experienced a major leak in our home. Mike, James, Servon and Collin were responsive, on time (in spite of a two hour travel time in each direction) and available to answer all our questions. Their professionalism shined through.they represent the company very well. We would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had a water heater start to leak above the ceiling of two suites in a commercial office building on a Sunday (at least that's when we discovered it). I called Rytec and they had a plumber there in less than 30 minutes to deal with the water heater Then their technician cleaned up ALL the water in the two suites and put dryers everywhere. While I was still there, the owner showed up to make sure everything was going well.

He had, literally, just gotten off a plane, retrieved his luggage, dropped his family off at home and came directly to my location. His reason? It was the weekend, no supervisors were on duty, and he just wanted to guarantee that everything was going well. THAT is customer service, and I will never go anywhere else. Their promptness and professionalism probably saved us and our tenants tens of thousands of dollars.

Rytec has been incredible to come alongside us during a huge water leak at our home! I felt so taken care of by their crew! Joey went above & beyond helping us figure out the insurance side and remained so professional the whole time! If wondering which company to go with, it's this one! I appreciated Jennifer's excellent communication scheduling the crew and we felt comfortable giving them a code to come & go as they needed even when we were on vacation! Rytech has been nothing but amazing! Turquoise and her crew ( Matt, Brendon, Tim and Amy) answered any questions that I had. After removing all furniture in our home to treat for water damage, they came back and put all boxes back in their places, they even swept on their way out! They could not have been any more professional! I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Rytech was very professional and courteous. They kept their scheduled appointments and called each day to set up next visit. Manager Michael Sharpe was awesome. RyTech Restoration of the Midlands, was a very easy company to deal with. They were quick to schedule time for our issue. We made a great choice with this company. Every person treated us like we were family. Could not ask for a more helpful, prompt and thorough group of people to work with. The quality of the work done, by each person was outstanding, far exceeded our expectations.

But mostly it was the integrity and honesty that Tracy, Hope, Tyrell and Turquoise demonstrated and produced during such a difficult time in our lives. There were others in this crew at times but these 4 stood out! I was very impressed with Tracy's eagerness, she always was available for us, and found her to be truthful, kind and proficient. Tracy and Hope my nephew will always have a place in his is heart for y'all.

You took things that were so special to him and treated his stuff with such care. (*I've included a photo of Hope cleaning my Special Needs nephew's airplanes, these mean the world to him.) We are extremely happy with the work that RyTech, Tracy and her crew provided. They were very pleasant, professional, and thorough. They went beyond what they needed to do, especially in the situation that was thrown at them. This crew dealt with obstacles that weren't in their job description but handled it amazingly. Again RyTech Restoration of the Midlands you are a Great company!

Rytech has been in my house almost daily for the past month and they were so professional and thorough -- even through some rough communication (not on their end) that ended up with some extra labor. Tracy and Jennifer were so responsive to any texts, calls, and questions. Josh, Garrett, and Brendon were great and friendly and communication was easy with them as well.

They made sure everything that needed to be removed was and everything else was completely dry. The young lady and her team who packed up our belongings into the storage pod (and also helped remove the damage) were great too! They took great care with our belongings. Most of the employees even entertained my three year old at some point since she was so curious. Thank you rytech team! Hope I never have to see you again, but if I do I know I'll be happy with your services.

Well, what Can I say I am extremely happy with the team that RYTECH of the MIDLANDS sent to my home in Hopkins.by the time they got to me I was extremely perturbed and did not want to deal with my water situation at all! Initially Anthony and Brian came out and really made me feel at ease! He assured me that Dom Atchison and Kevronn Nesmith were the best at what they do.

He was absolutely right! The same smiling face that you see on the picture for Dom is the same face you see in person. He and Kevronn "Kap" are the most professional Young men I have met in a while. It's important when you are treated with respect and know that the job that is being done is being done at 100% plus They work as an excellent team! Go Team RyTech.
