So glad we used them! They finished very quickly & great communication! We weren't happy to have called them for something that is so unpleasant. Ronny kept us posted with the timing of every step. Edgar who came out to do the job was very pleasant & answered questions that we had. We will definitely be referring them to anyone who needs their service!

Ronnie was so incredibly nice and helpful. Other companies tried to sell me on several thousand dollars of mold remediation, but Ronnie explained why having surface mold and some wall moisture doesn't necessarily mean I have mold. He took the time to look at pictures I sent, talk me through checking for signs of leaks (there were none), and explained why I just need surface-level mold removal/prevention and to install an exhaust.

He even offered to refer me to someone who could help with those things since Restoration General doesn't offer those services. If I ever need restoration work done, they'll be the first people I call.

We just closed escrow and are in full blown remodeling. I noticed some mold in one of the rooms after we removed the molding. I panicked and started looking for help. I called Ronny due to his amazing reviews and let me tell you, those reviews don't do this man justice. I have never meet anyone so willing to help and not even trying to make money. Ronny walked me through step by step what to do, what to get and how to fix the issue.

He was honest and helpful. If I called someone else I am sure I would have spend a lot of money. I wish there were more people like Ronny in this world! 10 stars! If you want your water damage problems solved, call this man.

They are the greatest. Ronny the owner was so patient with me, since I waited to book this, and I am so lucky to have waited for them. They were efficient, professional, and removed the mold swiftly-and it passed the inspection on the first pass. Super professional, affordable, kind, patient, and everything else you could want in a company offering premiere services during a stressful time-since mold is not fun! Restoration General did an inspection and prescribed the right solution for my water damaged crawlspace. It had been badly flooded and a problem area was still too moist after a contractor had completed water extraction and dehumidifying. It was unclear why but Restoration General, as inspector and consultant, spotted the problem and provided their findings to the contractor who did great follow-up work.

I'm happy with the results! Restoration General's expertise has been especially valuable because it's a very old house with no barrier between the crawlspace and old wooden floors above, making the living area vulnerable to undetected excess moisture. I recommend them highly!

Ronny has been amazing. I called him in the morning about concerns with mold growth in my kitchen and how we had another company inspect it the night before and wanted to get a second opinion. Ronny was kind enough to send out a worker a few hrs later who thoroughly examined the apartment and was direct in letting me know all his findings. And within a couple hrs we were sent the remediation proposal, which was fairly priced. It extremely obvious that Ronny takes pride in his company and customers. If you're looking for a company to held with mold, look no further.

I never write reviews for companies I haven't used, but I'm making an exception in this case. I called another company for two days and they never called back, so I tried this company. Ronny answered the phone and said he didn't have anyone available, but he had a sister company and was able to give me an appointment with them first thing tomorrow morning. They're also a 5 star company.

He then promptly confirmed the appointment and gave me their contact information. I could have spent more hours on Yelp trying to figure out which of the hundreds of companies I could trust, but Ronny saved me from digging that particular hole. Since I wouldn't be calling a restoration company if I wasn't already dealing with a disaster, I am extremely grateful for the generous assistance.

We had some water damage in our bedroom during the heavy rain a couple of weeks ago. We decided to hire Ronny and Restoration General after receiving a couple of competing quotes. Ronny runs an honest business and truly cares about his work and customers. He was prompt with scheduling, calls, and repairs. His worker, Edgar, was knowledgeable, polite and did an amazing job fixing our house. If you're deciding between a couple of companies, just know Ronny and Edgar will fix your home as if it was their own.

Hey I actually didn't use these guys -- But that's to their credit. I have a mold situation on my shower ceiling and that's why I called. They were able to quickly determine it's just SURFACE mold, and, as a result I do not require their services. How's that for honesty! Speaks volumes.

Ronny was the first to respond and answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. The techs showed up on time and were friendly and courteous. The project went smoothly and was completed on time without any issues. Ronny helped out with the pre and post inspections as well, saving us a few hundred bucks. A very good experience overall. I was extremely impressed with Ronny and Edgar. Ronny was always quick to response to all of my calls and texts and never rushed through them. Edgar was the one who came to my home and he was always on time and very friendly. I had a huge mold issue so I had many interactions with both of them and am so pleased I went with them. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend. Ronny was very helpful and responsive. We had a leaky toilet upstairs that caused water damage in our kitchen ceiling. All the other companies gave us extremely expensive quotes. Ronny was fair and straightforward and only quoted us for the work that needed to be done and nothing excessive. His guy Edgar also did great work onsite and was very efficient.

I contacted three different remediation companies after a leak in my kitchen. Ronny was by FAR the most reasonably priced, took care of everything quickly and efficiently, talked me through my questions, and also saved me money with the testing component. I hope I never need to use them again lol, but will definitely go straight to Restoration General if I do. In short --they are honest, afffordable, reliable, and do excellent work. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal company that was a true pleasure to work with. We shopped the scope around, and it's not about finding the cheapest, rather it was about finding the company that will only offer to do what's needed, without making anything up - which is quite easy to do when there is water damage. Edgar and Ronny were incredible! Edgar did a thorough job of mitigating the water damage from the unit above me and did a great job cleaning up, too! They are professional and personable, and I've already recommended them to a number of people. Going through water damage is horrendous but Edgar and Ronny took great care of ensuring the damage including mold was removed and repaired.

Ronny is THE MAN! A couple years back I had an issue with a small area of mold, and instead of coming out and charging me an arm and a leg he walked me through how to handle it myself. Fast forward a couple years down the line and I had a small leak under the house. I figured if there was anyone I'd trust to deal with it it would be Ronny. I reached out to him and he worked his magic yet again!

He was able to walk me through the process on the phone and I was able to handle it all myself. He's a good man and clearly honest enough to not bill a customer for an easy job that one can do themselves. Super super impressive. He's the man to turn to if real work is ever needed.

These guys know what they're doing. I got 4 quotes and they were in the middle, fairly priced to me for the real deal. Rony does what he says he's going to do. The job wound up being bigger than anticipated and they made it happen. Edgar, the contractor who actually did the remediation, was really helpful in showing me the roof leak that caused the water damage. I hope I don't ever have a mold issue again but they'll be getting my call if I do.

I searched for mold remediation company online and found this company. they are fast and professional. They used containment to seal the damaged area. Fair price compare to all the estimate i got.

The supervisor of the crew, David, walked through the damaged area, and suggested to extract the water right away before the water cause additional problem.
