Mold Inspection Network aims to provide the best mold testing services available for both commercial and residential mold testing. We believe in giving our clients peace of mind by making sure they have all the data and information needed to know and understand the problems they face, how it affects them, and what steps are necessary to solve the problem.

Mold can cause adverse health effects on certain individuals. This can include but is not limited to; allergies, headaches, nosebleeds, skin and eye irritations, Asthma, and in some cases even infections. It's possible to have an underlying mold condition in your home without knowing about it. Air testing can detect most of these hidden problems, while our overall visual inspection will also shed some light on the overall health of your home.

This inspection process is even more important if you have children or the elderly living in your home. These individuals can have weakened immune systems causing them to have significantly worse reactions to mold exposure.

Mold is a living eukaryotic organism that has evolved to eat waste and dead materials.
When trees die and fall in the woods, mold living in the soil grows on the trees and physically eats it.
They produce something called enzymes to breakdown the trees so that they can absorb the nutrients.
That is why a rotting log in the woods is so soft.
The enzymes work similar to how our own saliva works.
It softens the food so that it is easier to process.
Some molds are macroscopic (meaning to see with the naked eye) while some are microscopic (microscope needed to view).

We also like to take one sample near the problem or concern area for best results.
Will I know my cost up front?
Yes we will do a pre inspection interview to gather information about your concerns and the layout of your home.
Molds are single (yeasts) or multicellular organisms that belong to the fungi kingdom.
Molds can be viewed microscopically (spores, hyphal fragments) or macroscopically (mushrooms, slime molds).
They are ubiquitous to most of our environments, meaning they can grow pretty much anywhere.
They require two things to grow; water and a food source (building materials, decaying plants).
Molds use water to soften the food source so that they can release an enzyme that will break down the material to allow it to be absorbed.
