Honestly, the actual water removal was fine. That team was good... It was the contracting and 'fixing' the damage that has been the worst experience for us. We've been waiting since JULY '21 to get our repairs done. The company took all of our insurance $$ and has still not finished the work. And the unresponsiveness from not just the team but even the owner is getting out of control. We're waiting weeks/months to get answers. Beyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism. Fired them before the work was completed and after going through all of the work they 'claimed' they did, found numerous errors/overcharges in the claim which are borderline insurance fraud if they keep the $. Now they won't review the $$ with us which is causing there to be even a longer delay in getting the remaining items fixed. Reached out numerous times to rectify the issue and give them the benefit of the doubt. Thankfully I've got a lawyer on hand to help. Still waiting for someone to call us, send the $$ back, and close out the process (been weeks without any response). Do not hire them to fix the damage!!! They have no staff left. All have quit due to being overworked. One was so overworked, he had a severe medical emergency. Our insurance company already said they won't be recommending this company anymore.

My floors were drenched. A pipe broke and flooded the living room and hallway. The carpet was pretty old so we ended up getting new carpeting, which looks great. Major enhancement thanks to Service Restoration.

customer service is terrible, service in home is terrible and Dan is completely rude. would not recommend them unless you want to pay for them to hide problems and put you and your family at risk. Ray is a liar and says one thing but does another then tells the bosses he talked with you about things when he never did.

My husband and I were both very impressed with how Service Restoration handled our insurance claim for water in our basement. They were prompt, polite, and extremely efficient. Service Restoration responded quickly and professionally in our time of need. Our basement bedrooms were saturated with an overabundance of rainwater. Enrique Sesma worked with us to come up with a good plan ~ Bobby Oxford (territory manager) stopped in to make sure all was going well ~ Ethan Suggs, Mitchell and other team members were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure the basement dried out and was treated to prevent further issues. I would highly recommend this company - they will be my go-to as needed.

Had a water pipe break in the basement, what a mess. Gave them a call and they were able to get here within a hour or so, basement is drying up now with the equipment running. So glad I found them, no way we could have done this ourselves. They are professional, polite and fast at their job.
